Mr. Peterson was awarded a bachelor of arts in Quantitative Economics and Decision Science from University of California in San Diego in 1995. He graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 1998 and subsequently gained 10 years of experience at a leading plaintiff's personal injury firm in San Diego followed by litigation positions at Daley & Heft and Deuprey & Associates. In 2008, he founded his own firm to devote his legal practice to the interests of injured individuals.
